The reservoir balance valve belongs to a pressure differential control pressure release valve, which includes a valve body, a valve seat threaded with the valve body, a valve core and a compression spring set inside the valve seat. The valve body is a cylindrical member, one end of which is provided with a protrusion and a spring stopper for limiting the valve core, and the other end is provided with an internal thread connected with the valve seat thread. The valve seat is provided with a valve core hole and an external thread connected with the valve body thread; The valve core comprises a core column and a core base plate connected in a stepped shape, and a spring positioning hole is provided on the right side surface of the core base plate; One end of the compression spring is pressed against the spring edge described above, and the other end is pressed against the core bottom plate; An air groove is arranged on the surface of the core column. The utility model is applied to a refrigerated container, and a hole is opened on the wall of the refrigerated container. The connecting flange on the valve body is connected to the wall of the refrigerated container through fasteners. When there is negative pressure inside the cold box, the valve will automatically open to supply air to the inside of the cold box due to the pressure difference between the inside and outside, breaking the negative pressure inside the box.

When the valve is in a stationary position (sealed): When the pressure inside the storage or ash silo is maintained within the selected pressure value of the valve, the valve cover remains in a stationary position. Due to the pressure generated in the storage or ash silo, a force is applied to the top surface of the flexible diaphragm, causing it to tightly contact the valve seat and achieve sealing.

When the valve pressure is released: When the pressure in the storage or ash silo increases to the selected pressure value of the valve, the pressure in the silo overcomes the weight of the valve seat cover, lifts the valve cover from the valve seat, and releases the pressure until the pressure in the storage or ash silo drops to the same pressure value as the selected pressure value of the valve, and then the valve cover returns to its normal position.
