JT. F negative pressure suction and conveying pump is a low-pressure suction and conveying system composed of a lock air device, a material gas separator, and a Roots vacuum pump. By using a Roots vacuum pump to suction air from the system, negative pressure is formed, and the powder fed by the air lock is sucked into the powder gas separator to complete the transportation of the powder.

F negative pressure suction and conveying pump generates strong negative pressure value through Roots vacuum pump (or centrifugal fan), making the conveying pipeline pressure lower than the external environmental pressure, effectively avoiding toxic and harmful dust leakage. Even if there are damaged dust leakage points in the system, it will not cause pollution to the environment. The pipeline flow rate generated by the negative pressure suction pump is low, and the powder flows along the middle of the pipeline during the suction process, resulting in minimal wear on the pipe wall. The entire system equipment is simple, compact in structure, and flexible in process layout. One vacuum pump can meet the requirements of multi-point simultaneous feeding and multi-point unloading.

Transportation principle

JT. F negative pressure suction and conveying pump, using Roots vacuum pump (or centrifugal fan) as the power source, draws air from the system to create a negative pressure lower than atmospheric pressure in the conveying pipeline. The air lock rotates uniformly to quantitatively feed the powder into the mixing chamber, while the strong negative pressure airflow generated by the vacuum pump forms a gas-solid two-phase flow with the powder in the mixing chamber. At a certain flow rate, the powder is sucked along the conveying pipeline to the terminal material gas separation equipment. The powder separates under the action of gravity or centrifugal force and falls into the bottom of the silo. After being purified by the material gas separation device, the air is discharged into the atmosphere by a Roots vacuum pump (or centrifugal fan).

JT. F low negative pressure suction and conveying pump is widely used in chemical feeding, smelting, pesticide, and electronics fields due to its unique advantage of preventing dust leakage. Transport equivalent distance ≤ 150m, vertical height ≤ 25m, bulk density ≤ 2.0t/m3, powder fineness ≤ 45 mesh, moisture content ≤ 3% (based on no clumping during free fall after grasping), instantaneous temperature of powder ≤ 150 ℃.
