The air locking performance is higher than that of continuous conveying pumps, suitable for powders with low grindability, no adhesion, and no fear of compression. During transportation, the concentration is low and the wear is minimal, making it a dilute phase pneumatic conveying system. The system has a simple structure, reliable operation, and no frequent valve movements, making it an ideal equipment for close range continuous conveying.

The JT. L spiral conveying pump has a discharge port pitch that is about one-third smaller than the feed port pitch. When the spiral rotates at high speed, the powder continuously pushes forward while being squeezed tightly. The spiral conveying pump uses a counterweight baffle and the gap between the pitch and the sleeve to achieve sealing and air locking, so there are high requirements for material selection. In order to extend the service life of the spiral pump, key components are processed with special wear-resistant materials. In addition to airtight sealing, the bearing part also adopts a unique labyrinth groove design.
Transportation principle
JT. L spiral conveying pump, the powder falls into the mixing chamber of the spiral pump under the action of gravity, and the high-speed rotating variable pitch screw gradually pushes the powder forward, squeezes and compacts it, forming a dense material plug. The compressed material plug, pushed by the subsequent powder, pushes open the gravity baffle and enters the mixing chamber in a free fall state. The high-speed airflow generated by the nozzle and the homogenized powder are pushed into the conveying pipeline and transported along the pipeline to the destination silo under the action of pneumatic pressure difference. The mixture of ash and gas is separated under the action of gravity, and the powder falls into the bottom of the silo. The air is discharged into the atmosphere through the dust removal equipment.
Application scope
JT. L spiral conveying pump has much higher air locking performance than impeller continuous conveying pump, so the kinetic energy of Roots blower can be maximized, suitable for continuous conveying over long distances. Considering the material limit of spiral blades, it is not suitable to transport materials with strong grindability, high hardness, and high temperature. Transport equivalent distance ≤ 400m, vertical height ≤ 30m, bulk density ≤ 3.0t/m3, powder fineness ≤ 15 mesh, moisture content ≤ 3% (based on no clumping during free fall after grasping), instantaneous powder temperature ≤ 180 ℃.
