JT. X down drawn bin pump is a new type of dense phase pneumatic conveying pump that combines the principle of pneumatic pressure difference, high-frequency jet technology, and rotary jet technology. It is also commonly known as ultra dense phase pneumatic conveying pump.

JT. X down draft bin pump has the advantages of high ash to gas ratio, high output, low flow rate, and low wear. It is an ideal solution for conveying materials with high wear, high output, and high wear in dense phase transportation, such as boiler fly ash.
Transportation principle
JT. X down type bin pump, when the system is running, open the direct pull exhaust valve to exhaust the remaining gas in the pump, then open the feed valve, close the feed valve and exhaust valve in a material level priority time lag manner, and wait for delivery. After the system detects that the conveying conditions are met, the PLC automatically opens the spray valve, and the airflow is sprayed from three places to fluidized the powder and push it into the conveying pipeline. According to the distance of transportation, the concentration inside the pipe can be adjusted through three manual ball valves. When transporting at close range, the concentration can be adjusted to a higher level to save gas. After the pressure drop of the pump reaches the operating pressure of the empty pump, the remaining powder in the empty pipe will be blown and cleared again with a delay according to the length of the conveying pipe. The terminal silo forms material gas separation through a dust removal device, and discharges clean air into the atmosphere.
Application scope
JT. X down drawn bin pump is suitable for powders with large output, long distance, high density, and large particles. It can achieve multiple pumps in series or parallel for common pipe transportation. Conveying equivalent distance ≤ 1500m, vertical height ≤ 50m, bulk density ≤ 7.0t/m3, powder fineness ≤ 5mm, moisture content ≤ 3% (based on the standard of not forming clusters during free fall after grasping and releasing), instantaneous temperature of powder ≤ 200 ℃.
