Product Overview

JT. Z medium inlet bin pump is a new type of pneumatic conveying pump developed by combining the advantages of upper inlet multi-layer vortex boiling fluidization and lower inlet adjustable injection concentration. Mainly used for conveying powders with strong grindability, poor flowability, and adhesive properties.

Structural characteristics

JT. Z medium inlet bin pump, combined with advanced conveying technology at home and abroad, continuously optimizes the pump body structure and fluidization effect inside the pump. By redesigning the umbrella shaped fluidized bed, the single-layer gasification plate (cloth) was changed to multi-layer vortex boiling gasification, making the powder fluidization in the pump more uniform and the transportation more stable. Warehouse pumps have the advantages of high ash to gas ratio, high output, low flow rate, and low wear, making them an ideal solution for conveying materials with high wear, high output, and high wear in dense phase transportation, such as boiler fly ash. Compared to other conveying systems, it has the characteristics of higher concentration and lower flow rate.

Transport principle

JT. Z medium inlet bin pump, conveying is also divided into three processes: pump body feeding, fluidized conveying, and pipe blowing and cleaning. Open the direct pull exhaust valve during the first delivery. After emptying the remaining gas in the pump, open the feed valve and sense that the material is full in a level priority time lag mode. Close the feed valve and exhaust valve and wait for delivery. Under the condition of meeting the conveying conditions, compressed air enters the umbrella shaped fluidized bed at the bottom of the pump first to fully fluidized the powder inside the pump. After 1.5 seconds, open the adjustable injection valve to push the fluidized powder into the conveying pipe. When the pump pressure drops to the operating pressure of the empty pump, delay the blowing according to the length of the conveying pipe to empty the remaining powder in the pipe. After clearing, close the adjustable injection valve, and after 2 seconds, close the fluidization valve. The terminal silo separates the feed gas through a dust removal device and discharges clean air into the atmosphere.

Scope of application

JT. Z medium inlet bin pump is suitable for powders with strong grinding ability, poor flowability, and viscosity, and can achieve multi pump series and common pipe transportation and other working conditions. Conveying equivalent distance ≤ 1500m, vertical height ≤ 50m, bulk density ≤ 7.0t/m3, powder fineness ≤ 5mm, moisture content ≤ 3% (based on the standard of not forming clusters during free fall after grasping and releasing), instantaneous temperature of powder ≤ 200 ℃.
