The basic structure of a dust collector consists of three parts: a fan, a filter, and a dust collector. Each component is installed in a vertical frame, with a steel plate shell, painted for rust prevention, reliable operation, and easy use. The single machine bag filter fan adopts a centrifugal fan with high air volume and pressure, and adopts noise reduction measures, resulting in low noise. The dust removal filter bag is the heart of the bag filter during operation. Typically, a cylindrical pulse type filter bag is suspended vertically in the dust collector. The clean gas enters the inside of the filter bag through the filter material, and the purified gas enters the upper box through the filter bag mouth before being discharged through the air outlet The cage inside the filter bag is used to support the filter bag, prevent it from collapsing, and at the same time, it helps to remove and redistribute the dust cake.
