DYK air electric heater is an electric heating device mainly used to heat gas flow. The heating element of the air heater is a stainless steel electric heating tube, and multiple baffles (guide plates) are installed inside the heater cavity to guide the flow of gas and prolong the residence time of gas in the cavity, so as to fully heat the gas, evenly heat the gas, and improve the heat exchange efficiency. The heating element of the air heater, stainless steel heating tube, is made by inserting electric heating wire into seamless steel pipe, filling the gap with magnesium oxide powder with good thermal conductivity and insulation properties, and then shrinking the tube. When current passes through a high-temperature resistance wire, the heat generated diffuses towards the surface of the heating tube through crystalline magnesium oxide powder, and is then transferred to the heated air to achieve the purpose of heating.
Air electric heater is a new type of heating equipment used in the ash removal system of coal-fired power plants. It is suitable for heating the gasification air in the air conveying chute of power plants, the gasification air in the ash hopper of electrostatic precipitators, and the gasification air in the ash silo. The device consists of two parts: the air electric heater body and the control system. The heating element adopts 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel tube as the protective sleeve, 0Cr27Al7SO2 high-temperature resistance alloy wire, crystalline magnesium oxide powder, and is formed by compression process. The control part adopts advanced digital circuits, integrated circuit triggers, high back pressure thyristors, and other components to form an adjustable temperature and constant temperature system, ensuring the normal operation of the electric heater. The heating element adopts a straight tube structure instead of a U-shaped structure, and can be easily installed and disassembled with sheet metal hands. The electric heating tube has good thermal conductivity and excellent insulation. It is equipped with a guide plate inside the heater for uniform heating. The control cabinet of the air electric heater has interlocking control function and local and remote control interfaces with the gasification fan. When the equipment suddenly stops and restarts, the control cabinet can automatically and smoothly adjust.
