Air conveying chute is a pneumatic conveying equipment used for conveying dry powdered materials. Air conveying chutes are commonly used in the cement industry to transport cement and raw material powder. The inclined chute is widely used in conveying materials due to its lack of rotating parts, easy maintenance, good sealing, no noise, safe and reliable operation, low power consumption, convenient change of conveying direction, and the ability to feed and unload at multiple points. The air conveying chute is composed of accessories such as an air chamber, a material chamber, and a breathable layer. A breathable layer is installed between the air chamber and the material chamber. The breathable layer is made of PETS-6 (polyester) synthetic fiber fabric, which has the advantages of high temperature resistance (up to 150 ℃), corrosion resistance, wear resistance, low moisture absorption, light weight, smooth surface, and long service life. The air conveying chute is installed at a certain inclination angle from the feeding end to the discharging end, usually at an angle of 8-10 degrees. Using a centrifugal fan as the power source, when air with a certain pressure is blown into the air chamber, the material is uniformly fluidized through the permeable layer, and at the same time, the material is moved towards the discharge port under the action of gravity and air flow. The discharge air flow is introduced into the dust removal equipment, and the material falls into the terminal receiving bin under the action of gravity.
