Umbrella shaped fluidized bed, with a head made of Q345R pressure vessel material, and a laminated plate made of 304 stainless steel with a thickness of about 6-8mm. After precision machining by machine tools, they are stacked in an umbrella shape in descending order and connected by fasteners or welding. The width between the stacked plates shall be ensured to be no less than 50mm, and the stacking gap shall not exceed 0.8mm. By calculating the required air volume during transportation, the design shall ensure that the overcurrent area is greater than the cross-section of the gas source pipeline. Due to the wide stacking area and small stacking gap during natural feeding of the bin pump, the powder will not easily enter the fluidized bed, but will form a natural stacking angle on the surface of the fluidized bed. During transportation, compressed air is sprayed out at high speed through multiple layers of gaps, forming multiple layers of annular airflow to evenly fluidized the powder material at the bottom of the pump. The fluidized boiling powder enters the conveying pipeline under the action of pressure difference. Compared to traditional canvas fluidized discs, its service life is about 5-6 times longer. Suitable for conveying powders with strong abrasion resistance.
